How long will it take to receive my order from your site? |
| A: |
Orders for printable packages are prepared and emailed to you within 24 hours without exception even on weekends. We always email you your download details to the email address you provide during the payment process. |

What happens if I did not receive my printable anniversary order within 24 hours? |
| A: |
If you did not receive your order within 24 hours it is definitely not because we did not sent it. In most cases it is because our email to you was unjustly blocked and marked as spam because of the website address contained within the email. I have had this happen several times and have complained to the various email providers and for the most part they are co-operative but the blocks are usually automatically done by filters and sometimes happen again. If you cannot find our email please contact us using the link at the top of our homepage and let us know your name and the date of your purchase and we will make sure you receive your purchase. |
| Q: |
Do you offer any other forms of payment other than the checkout system? |
| A: |
This question comes up many times a month and I did at one time allow people to send me other forms of payment such as cheques or money orders. Unfortunately we no longer accept these forms of payment simply because we only had 1 out of every 100 that actually followed through with the payment and it became to cumbersome to track orders that for the most part never did materialize. |

How safe and secure is your checkout system? |
| A: |
We use Paypal for our checkout system and they are 100% secure. When you add an item to your order a new page will open and take you to the paypal page. If you look in the address bar you will see this address - https://www.paypal.com - The https:// is the important part. The "s" in the https stands for secure and it indicates that you have a direct and secure connection to the Paypal payment site. There is absolutely no way anyone anywhere can intercept this connection between your computer and Paypal's server. If you look on the bottom right corner of your web browser you will also see a picture of a lock similar to this one which tells you that the connection is secure. If you wish to see the certificate you may even double click on the small lock and it will show you the details of the security certificate. So as you can see, all transactions on our site are absolutely secure. |

If I do not like the package can I request a change? |
| A: |
Most of the prints we produce are done so from several massive databases of information and as such we really have little control over actual content. For example, the styles and colors of our coat of arms are impossible to change simply because we enter your family name and your coat of arms comes out. Please be aware that you may have seen a different version of your coat of arms in the past than we have in our database. This is simply beyond our control as we do not draw or construct these in any way. Another example is the headlines in the birthday newspaper or the historical events in any of our prints. So the simple answer to whether we can change your files is no. |
| Q: |
Do you have a mailing list or will you email us when you have a website update? |
| A: |
No we do not maintain a mailing list because we feel to email people when there is no good reason other than to push a new product amounts to nothing more than spam. We always respect our customers right to privacy and absolutely do not email our customers once our business is concluded. In addition, we do not store any of your personal details such name, address, email address, or any other information once our transaction is complete. |

I never heard of the PDF file format. How do I print my files? |
| A: |
PDF stands for portable document format and has become a standard for all types of documents both on and off the web. In this day and age almost every computer in the world has acrobat reader already installed but if you download your files and you find they wont open you can download acrobat reader free of charge from the Adobe website. |
| Q: |
Are your coat of arms genuine? |
| A: |
Coat of arms were historically given to individuals and not families. Some coat of arms were passed down from Father to Son or from Mother to Daughter but in no case were they given for a family name. As such, all coat of arms on this site should be considered generic in nature and are for entertainment and novelty only. The coat of arms we supply are taken from a massive database that we have and we do not endorse in any way that they are authentic. |
